Circulating Materials
Law Library materials may be used by the public while they are in the library building. Members of the Ave Maria School of Law community may borrow circulating materials. As a research library, most of the collection is non-circulating. However, most monographs and treatises may be checked out for a four-week period. Reserve materials may be checked out for four hours. DVDs and BlueRay disks may be borrowed for three days. Please see the Circulation Desk attendant for more information.

Non-Circulating Materials
Non-circulating materials must be used in the library and cannot be checked out at any time. Materials that do not circulate include reference materials, microforms, microfilm, loose-leaf materials, rare books, periodicals, newsletters, volumes from multi-volume sets, codes, regulations, and reporters.

Laptop Computers
Members of the Ave Maria School of Law community may check out laptop computers from the Circulation Desk Monday-Friday from 8am to 4pm. Laptops may be borrowed for three days.
